All cooking school participants will receive a 10% discount on regular priced merchandise in the store if they choose to make a purchase on the evening of the class.

Tajine Cuisine
Join Donna-Marie and Chef Derek Hines in the kitchen as they share an evening of exotic Moroccan cuisine with you.  Donna-Marie will demonstrate how to use the tajine to make authentic Middle Eastern dishes like classic Chicken Tajine with Chickpeas and Derek will share the secret of how to make your own preserved lemons.

Riedel Food & Wine Tastings:

Have you ever really tasted wine?  This event is an incredible journey of discovery for everyone.  Savour a combination of tastes – wine, food, cheese and dessert that and enjoy an informative evening on Riedel stemware.  How can five different glasses make one wine taste so different?    We start off with a welcome toast of Prosecco and mingle while enjoying chef Derek Hines (Artbar Restaurant) absolutely incredible Potato Martinis.  Journey through a tasting of Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon in Riedel stemware, each wine matched with food pairings such as Thai Crispy Wings, Smoked Salmon on Green Lentil Pancakes, Pan-Seared Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Heirloom Tomato Ratatouille, Petite Beef Wellington with Forest Mushrooms and Pommery Mustard Glaze, a selection of cheeses, coffee and dessert.  Then take home your own set of Vitis Riedel Tasting Glasses (retail value of $170.00).  That would mean that the dinner and drinks are on us!  This experience is limited in size and sells out quickly.
