Whether you are looking into a registry for an upcoming wedding or other event in your life, our sales and bridal consultants are pleased to assist you in any way possible.

With the launch of our newest website in September 2004, we now have the option of a full registry as well as a wish list system. Please find below a comparison list of benefits and services for both our wish list and our gift registry so you may choose which system suits you best:

Registries can be created in our store or by phone (toll-free within North America) with a bridal or registry professional or by submitting a wish list to us on-line. If you choose to submit your wish list, you will receive a follow-up email or phone call consultation. For more information regarding creating a registry, please email us directly.

We are proud to announce that as of Christmas 2004 we will have unveiled our new registry system showcasing many new features and conveniences for both you and your guests/family and friends. Once launched, this new system will work in harmony with our new website. Please note that we have marked all new features that will be available with our new registry system with an asterisk (*). If you decide to register with us between now and Christmas 2004, please note that your registry will be immediately placed in our current system and will then be transferred to our new registration system automatically when it launches.

Personal consultation by phone (toll-free within North America), email, or in person with a bridal or registry professional.
A sales consultant will be happy to answer any questions you may have by phone (toll-free within North America) or email. Your wish list however cannot be readily accessed by our sales consultants as this is only an online/automated service.
Personal sales assistance for guests/family and friends by phone (toll-free within North America), fax, email, or in-store. A sales consultant will be happy to answer any questions by phone (toll-free within North America) or email. Free "Registered At" cards to include into shower or wedding invitations at your request. .
Automatic complimentary gift-wrapping for all gifts purchased. Complimentary gift-wrapping upon request.
Arrangements offered for in-store gift pick-up service and/or shipping for convenience of registrant and guests. Gifts/items shipped or set aside for in-store pick-up as requested by purchaser.
*Gift tracking service: Ability to inform you of when each gift was purchased and who the purchaser was. (By request only) .
If your registry is active in our systems (see below), you will be notified by phone and/or email should we receive notification that your pattern has been or will be discontinued. (Please note however that we do not receive notification from all companies and cannot guarantee availability of product) .
*Minimum two year accessibility on your registry both instore and online... Your registry will remain active on our systems indefinitely should your registry be used/updated at least once every 18 months. No time limitations.
For privacy reasons, access to your online registry is available only with a unique registration code which is given to you upon registering with us.
This code may be distributed by yourself, friends or family at your discretion. We will also distribute this code to anyone requesting it.
Your in-store registry is accessible by name(s) of registrant(s) or code number.
Wish List access is available only by entering your email address.
Your email address may be distributed by yourself, friends or family at your discretion.
We will NOT distribute your email address for two reasons: first for privacy issues, secondly as the wishlist is an online service only, we do not keep email addresses readily on file.
