Registering with us can be done in our store, by phone or on our website. For more information on what our registration entails or the differences between a full gift registry and our wish list system, please see our Information on our Gift Registry Services / Wish List Services page.

To register with us in store, no appointment is needed as the majority of our staff have been trained as bridal registry consultants and there will always be someone on staff to personally assist you. Please allow at least one hour for the registry process – more if you have not yet decided on which patterns to pick. Registering in store is our traditional way to register a couple, allowing us to give you personal assistance and advice directly. Feel free to bring with you anyone who may support you in choosing your perfect selection of tableware, gift items and kitchenware. Whether you come as a couple, as a family, or singly, we will be here to assist you in any way we can.
We do recommend however that if you choose to register in store that you avoid doing so on Saturday afternoons if at all possible. Saturday afternoons are our busiest time in our store and we certainly do not want you to feel rushed in any way! During the week, we are open both Thursday and Friday evenings until 9pm for your convenience as well as our regular hours from 9am - 6pm Monday to Wednesday. Saturday mornings are also ideal as we normally do not encounter our "rush" until lunch time. Please note that we are closed on Sundays except for the few Sundays in December leading up to Christmas.
If registering with us at our location in Waterloo is inconvenient for you in any way, you may also register by phone or through our website.

To register with us on line, simply create an account on our website, go to the price list(s) for the product(s) that you are wanting to register and once you have added the appropriate amounts for each item that you would like to register for, select the "add to wish list" button. Repeat this step for each pattern you would like to appear on your registry. Once your wish list is completed with all of the items and amounts that you wish to register, you have the option to "post" your wish list to us. Posting your wish list will send your list directly to us and will allow us to transform your wish list into a full gift registry. We will be in touch with you by email or phone after we receive your posted wish list to consult on any further information that we may require or to go over your wish list with you should something seem out of place.
If registering with us though our website is inconvenient for you in any way, you may also register by phone.

To register with us by phone, simply call us locally at 884-2792 or toll-free at 1-877-HHCHINA and one of our knowledgeable sales / bridal consultants will be happy to create your registry with you. Please note that we highly recommend that you have all of your patterns chosen before you call as it is extremely difficult to assist you in making pattern choices over the phone. We will certainly be able however, to assist you in determining amounts of items you may wish to request and offer any advice that you seek pertaining to the registry process.
