"Just wanted to let you know what a success the Bread Pudding recipe was from May's newsletter. I loved the suggestion to make it for Mother's Day for breakfast so I put a copy of the recipe on the fridge (highlighted in all the appropriate places!!!). Since I'm the only one who likes bread pudding in my family I suggested halving the recipe and making it the night before (while I was conveniently out!) so it could be reheated for breakfast. Sunday morning came and I was treated to coffee, Sunny Delight (we were out of OJ) and ...bread pudding, made by my husband, no less! He said the instructions were easy to follow and he had no problem making it. The result...excellent! I'll never make bread pudding with any other recipe again. My compliments go to "both" chefs...Chef Steven Wilson and my husband, Jim!!!" |

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank ALL of your staff who helped my daughter and me in selecting her china pattern, glasses and flatware.
